Oh man, I have so many peppers right now and no idea what to do with them. I bet this stuff keeps forever (judging by the bottle on the shelf).

You just need peppers, garlic, salt, brown sugar, white vinegar, and water. Every ingredient (except for water) is strongly anti-microbial.

Easy siracha recipe.
